Job Description:
This is a volunteer position with the IBAH. We meet once a month to discuss insurance related topics, educational events and more. In addition, as an IBAH board member, there are quarterly luncheons that you must attend. Our board term runs from September 31 - June 30.
We are very proud of our volunteer presence throughout Hamilton and we work diligently to make a difference in our community.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Record minutes of all board meetings
- Type up minutes of board meetings
- Distribute minutes to board members
- Direct correspondence and email communication to appropriate board members
- Email blasts to members and associates as directed by Board
- Book location and time of monthly board meetings- 1st Wednesday of the month other than July and August.
- Remind each board member of time and place of meeting and confirm their attendance
