Job Description:
Mid-size insurance brokerage seeking Personal lines CSR with a minimum of one year experience in this role
Working hours 9am-5pm Monday through Friday
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Customer Service including processing of renewals, endorsements, reporting of claims,
focus on client retention, and new business - Must be RIBO licensed
- knowledge of rating tools and SigXP an asset
- Pleasant and courteous manner
- Team player
- Exceptional work ethic
