2016 Errors and Omissions Loss Control Seminar
Each seminar will examine broker duty, current claim examples, statistics, and trends, some do’s and do not's of broker procedure along with specifics such as documentation, modern tools, and current issues.
Presenter Information
Hugh joined Crum & Forster 1974 and throughout his career, he has worked with several large Property & Casualty Insurers and produced and underwrote most classes of general insurance. As time progressed, he focused on the casualty lines and specialized in professional liability, where he spent 18 years with a leading Professional Liability market. In 2005, Hugh joined The CG&B Group in their Professional Liability Division, which he has headed since 2006. Hugh is a frequent speaker on Professional Liability especially Insurance Brokers Error & Omissions. He currently lives in Toronto with his wife Judy (38 yrs) and three children and their families including 4 grandchildren
